Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

OmniCable completed its acquisition of Houston Wire and Cable in June 2021. As we integrate these two businesses and as we continue to grow, we've identified the need to establish a formal financial planning and analysis group. The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will have an important role in this initiative. This person will be responsible for supporting the coordination, development, presentation and maintenance of the company's management reporting and annual budget processes, along with company financial analysis. This will require continual collaborations across functions and at all levels of the organization to ensure accurate and timely information. The Manager, FP&A will also assist in the preparation of materials and presentations for various audiences, including the Board of Directors, and work on projects from the conceptual stages through implementation.
Responsibilities:
Play a key role in financial planning processes, including the budget, capital planning and cash flow forecasting Be heavily involved in financial reporting, including developing and updating dashboards and reports to track key business metric performance Analyze complex information to support business decisions, including building financial models and running scenario analysis Proactively develop relationships and partner with Regional Vice Presidents (East, Central, West) to analyze key performance indicators, including revenue and gross profit drivers, operating costs, marketplace/competitive trends and working capital levels, to maximize the performance of each region Develop and administer the company's customer and vendor profitability processes Responsible for maintaining the company's synergy and integration cost tracker associated with the Houston Wire and Cable acquisition, along with that of any future transactions Encourage a continuous improvement mindset to help maximizing growth, profitability and efficiency across the organization Support the implementation of state-of-the art budgeting, reporting and analysis systems, tools and processes Work on special projects, as required Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field required; MBA and/or CPA is a plus 10-12 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting or related roles; experience leading other financial professionals Strong financial analysis skills, including being detail oriented and proficient in turning complicated data sources into financial models Strong understanding of accounting concepts, specifically US GAAP Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation Experience problem solving through the application of innovative and creative solutions Comfortable interfacing with and presenting to executive management Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate as needed along with experience in leading cross-functional teams Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word - with experience in creating financial models for evaluating investment decisions and performing portfolio and account level profitability analysis Be a team player, positive and pro-active attitude About OmniCable:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
