Ability to lift up to 50lbs a few times per day. Ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrated ability to problem solve. Experience in fostering a safe and healthy work environment. Ability to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift with additional optional overtime. Previous production experience preferred but not necessary.
