Summary:
Scoop and weigh sides, slice and weigh meat.
Completes basic food prepping tasks for the restaurant.
Their main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the station/kitchen is stocked, organized and clean.
Assist the Pitmaster/Chef in any tasks/projects throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
Stock and set up your station Complete all tasks on daily prep list, help others to do the same Cook orders in a timely manner, plate as instructed by Pitmaster/Chef Communicate with others working the line Ex.
all food for each course should be ready at the exact same time Communicate orders, prep, counts to the Pitmaster/Chef Break down stations/kitchen at end of shift Assisting other kitchen employees in the completion of the shift.
Prepare for next shift Fill out preplists and notify the Pitmaster/Chef on any items that need to be ordered to complete prep for the following day/days Ensure food safety standards and regulations are upheld at all times If no dishwasher is present, keep up with dishes during prep time.
Clean as you go, wash what you use Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week.
Compensation is $15.
