com If so, we're seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative for our call center in our West Chester, PA office and this may be the perfect role for you! Position Summary This critical position will provide our patients with a Five Star customer service experience.
Primary duties will include answering phones, computerized appointment scheduling, EMR messaging, providing support to multiple providers in a busy team oriented environment.
It is a full-time, 40 hours per week, benefits eligible position and reports to our Call Center Supervisor.
Qualifications A Minimum of 2 years customer service and or medical office experience required.
Must be computer-proficient; experienced with EMR; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; self-motivated, have a basic understanding medical and insurance terminology, be patient focused with the demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced team environment.
