Perform data entries for orders.
Answer incoming customer inquiries.
Promote the customer experience as the customer advocate within the company.
Provide information on products and services.
Continuously upgrade knowledge of products, customers, sales techniques Essential skills and knowledge:
Chemistry degree or equivalent preferred.
Work experience in a similar position is an asset.
English is essential; an additional language would be an asset.
Experienced professional with an excellent client approach.
Organized, enthusiastic, able to prioritize and deliver results.
Able to find creative solutions to client's problems.
Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Strong work ethic and motivation to work hard.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
