Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Front Office Representative.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our ice rink facility.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about ice rink activities, programs, and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, registrations, and payment transactions.
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure cleanliness.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate ice rink schedules, reservations, and events.
- Monitor and enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Upsell and promote ice rink memberships, classes, and merchandise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge or interest in ice sports is a plus.
