Vice President of Marketing and Admissions

This position is responsible for helping mold the future of Laurel Springs School as an online, private school that delivers learning experiences in new and innovative ways.
We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing and Admissions who is an experienced professional who collaborates with executive-level management to identify strategic priorities and develop comprehensive plans to drive enrollment.
This position directs the Marketing and Admissions teams in the creation and implementation of communications strategies and programs designed to foster outreach, facilitate new enrollments, and retain existing families.
The VP of Marketing and Admissions must be adept at digital marketing channels that include but are not limited to, both B2B and B2C growth strategies.
You should be a driven visionary who can lead high-performing teams and who is strong in areas of strategic planning, program implementation, and data analysis.
You will work closely with other departments, as well as agencies and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Oversees an annual Marketing & Communications Plan and determines the allocation of budget based on seasonality, customer research, business needs, and market trends.
Develops brand standards and ensure consistent execution of these standards.
Sets creative direction, consistent with brand standards, for copy and graphics.
Drives campaign development and deployment strategy that includes the ongoing implementation of a Marketing Automation program designed to move opportunities further into the sales funnel and positively impacted sales performance.
Campaigns are focused on nurturing new opportunities as well as retaining existing customers.
Provides leadership, direction, and management to the marketing and sales teams in a manner that ensures exceptional service to all stakeholders and that produces market differentiation and competitive advantage.
Establishes clear sales metrics and benchmarks for measuring progress and maintaining focus; creates a companywide marketing reporting function that can track, measure, and analyze performance.
Facilitates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting as required to assess performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaborates with strategic partners and clients to research market needs and identify possible new product solutions Works cross-functionally with all departments to understand and accurately communicate the school experience and points of differentiation.
Develops a strong team.
Coach, mentor and develop existing professionals.
Proficient in financial analysis and establishing sales and marketing budgets and action plans.
Negotiates, plans, directs, and tracks projects through external vendors and advertising agencies.
Essential Skills &
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in education marketing and/or sales.
Four-year college degree, MBA a plus Strong written and verbal communication and influence skills Results-driven Strong project management skills Strong analytical skills Proven leader of high-performing teams A broad set of experiences in B2B and B2C marketing utilizing SEM/SEO, print and digital media channels Customer service orientation Recommended Skills Analytical Business Requirements Coaching And Mentoring Creative Direction Customer Service Data Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
