- Answer email and phone calls that pertain to cake and pastry orders.
-Complete cake and pastry order forms for the decorators and bakers.
-Provide support to the cake decorators, printing edible images/images for cake and pastry orders -Taking payment for orders over the phone.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, printing and photocopying - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with order entry and processing - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
