The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Director Transformation Office (TO) Program Management holds ultimate responsibility for the work output of the TO team (including direct reports, other QRG team members, and external consultants where applicable), ensuring the drive for value and management of TO resources.
This leader owns the TO cadence and priorities, along with the supporting processes and tools.
This role partners with the transformation workstreams, business leadership, (and external consultants, as applicable) to build an effective and sustainable transformation infrastructure and process.
This is a hybrid remote position, based in West Chester, PA.

Your Impact In conjunction with the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) - design, develop, implement, and drive compliance with the QRG transformation process.
Lead day-to-day activities of the Transformation office (TO) team.
Represent the TO/CTO in daily coordination and communication with workstream sponsors, leads, and TO functions.
Prepare and facilitate regular and ad hoc TO meetings ensuring appropriate topics are identified and addressed in a timely fashion.
Actively support value delivery bringing a structured problem-solving approach.
Proactively identify and escalate issues, as necessary.
Track transformation activities and actions.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure clear accountability, transparency, and timely execution.
Provide leadership / coaching to transformation participants.
Consistently model and promote desired mindsets and attitudes.
Communicate with transformation, business & executive leadership on a regular and ad hoc basis to ensure full transparency regarding transformation progress, issues, and opportunities.
Develop, own, and become expert in the Transformation Performance Management System(s) (TPMS).
Coordinate TPMS development with internal and external resources.
Develop and lead a team of TPMS Champions (super-users) Perform other duties, as necessary, to ensure transformation effectiveness and achievement of desired outcomes.
What You Bring 10
years progressive experience leading large complex projects, operational turnarounds, growth programs, and/or continuous improvement efforts driving significant lasting change.
Thorough understanding of financial and operational levers driving business results and their application in business case development, execution planning, as well as performance measurement and management.
Proven ability to challenge the status quo, exert influence at all levels of the organization, hold others accountable, and achieve results through others.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, outcome-focused, deadline-driven environment.
Operational and/or professional services experience in retail, media, and / or consumer goods a plus.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
