Summary:
This employee will be the welcoming face of The Arc for everyone who comes to our building, in addition to providing addministrative supports to various departments throughout the agency Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Act as primary receptionist answering phones as needed and greeting/monitoring visitors.
Assist Human Resources with filing, creating files and packets, creating correspondence and mailings and other duties as needed.
Responsible for daily mail preparation, sorting and distribution.
Reconcile and process incoming checks following the Cash Management process.
Assist Development office with database entry.
Provide clerical support and assistance to other agency programs as needed.
Office duties such as scanning documents into database records, copying, mailing, and filing.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of word processing and database software Experience and abilities around operation of fax, copier, telephone, mail, and other office equipment Valid driver's license as per agency policies Consent and completion of alll required background checks Medical, life, and long term disability insurances provided, along with our employee assistance program.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
