The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and is a team player.
Canidate must have extensive knowledge of Quick Books and Microsoft Excel.
Job Description:
Manage all aspects of the office, including but not limited to:
A/R A/P Bank Reconciliations Job Costing Send In weekly Payroll Maintaining the office appearance and organization.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
Requirements:
Prior Experience.
Pipe Services Corporation is a 2-person office.
The atmosphere is casual, and hours are flexible.
Canidate must be Dog Friendly.
There is one here Evey Day.
Canidate:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be comfortable learning new software programs.
Must be willing to learn new computer systems and programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team environment.
Must be willing to work overtime when required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks being completed at once.
Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
