You will need to live in the Chester/Delaware County area.
The ideal candidate should possess computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks and Outlook.

Responsibilities include:
- Checking mail in Chadds Ford and West Chester twice a week - Bank deposits.
- Bookkeeping, with a focus on QuickBooks.
- Generating monthly invoices.
- Balancing personal and business ledgers.
- Managing and paying bills (utilities, HOA fees, insurance, quarterly state/federal taxes -etc).
- Scheduling personal appointments.
- Managing three separate business email inboxes.
- Misc tasks/errands.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bookkeeping experience - Proficiency in QuickBooks and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage personal and business-related tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
