This role requires someone who sparkles helping customers over the phone, who has an interest in marketing, and who keeps an organized checklist with attention to detail.
This position would required hours from 11am-7pm from Sunday-Thursday, and may open from 11am-7pm for Tuesday-Saturday as well.
In this role you will schedule customers for appointments, maintain the customer database, and coordinate our Home Show and community events.
Additionally, this creative-minded individual will perform administrative and graphics support for the marketing department.
The Customer Experience Representative will create a seamless, organized, high-quality experience in support of the company's lead generation and sales goals.

Work with Marketing Manager in coordinating the creation of marketing material as needed.
Maintain company inventory of marketing and promotional materials.
