Direct Placement Recruiter - Accounting and FinanceThe Judge Group is looking for a Direct Hire Recruiter to manage the full life cycle recruitment process from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of the position.
As a direct hire recruiter, you will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic sales activity.
This includes developing relationships with key hiring managers, negotiating business terms, as well as developing job postings, sourcing/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.
Job Responsibilities Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media Build relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients Research, market, and effectively present our services to new and existing clients Identify new business and develop relationships with key client hiring managers and senior executives Developing job postings, searching/screening/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.
Expand and maintain existing client base, maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective business, and secure qualified opportunities Minimum Requirements 2
years of in a Sales, Business Development, Account Manager, or Recruiter role Direct Hire experience in an Agency environment is preferred Accounting & Finance, HR & Marketing, Food, Beverage or CPG, Retail, Industrial and/or Consumer Products staffing experience preferred but not required Proven sales track record - Account Manager / Business Development Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts Bachelor's degree preferred Judge Direct PlacementJudge Direct Placement successfully places thousands of professionals annually in the areas of Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, and Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
