The Opportunity Then Senior Manager, Supply Chain & RTV will reinvent how QVC and HSN manage Return-to-Vendor Inventory to increase recovery and minimize operational costs.
You will reinvent and implement a comprehensive strategy that outlines how to manage Return-to-Vendor inventory to optimize recovery and maintain inventory health.
You will report to the Director of Supply Chain, Product Central, and Reverse Logistics.
This is a hybrid position and you will be based in either HSN headquarters in St.
Petersburg, FL or QVC headquarters in West Chester, Pa.

Your Impact Provide complete visibility to all commerce teams on all Inbound Purchases orders to optimize inventory to improve sales.
Implement processes to maximize return on investment, profit and loss, daily operation.
Rebuild and maintain confidence and relationships with Merchants and vendors.
To lead the Inbound Service, inbound operations, and customer services to meet the needs of the Merchandising and Commerce functions and to support third-party vendors.
Be the 'champion' of the Merchandising and Commerce functions, ensures an understanding of the needs of the Buying, Planning, Programming, and Digital teams, collaborating with multiple partners to provide solutions to facilitate business growth.
Be the 'Customer Relationship Manager' for all Inbound and Return-to-vendor Services and senior partner to the Merchandising, Commerce and Operations senior leadership You will improve the internal and external customer experience, ensuring that the end-to-end customer journey is reviewed to lead improvements at all touch points.

What You Bring 3
years of experience using a customer relationship management (CRM).
Experience in budgeting, financial management, and planning.
Experience in transformational leadership Experience developing both long and short-term strategies to maximize return on investment, profit and loss, and daily operation Knowledge of budget management, profit and loss, and effect on inventory management.
Expert in building external relationships and communication.
Experience building a culture of empowerment engagement and inclusion.
