FINANCE MANAGER - 2306141829W Description Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Manager, with flexibility to work from a Johnson and Johnson Corporate Office located on the East Coast of the United States, preferably in West Chester, PA.
This position will incorporate the J&J Flex Hybrid Work Model and may require up to 10% domestic travel.

The Finance Manager will be a critical component within the Finance team, partnering with MedTech Franchises that have transitioned manufacturing to a key External Manufacturer.
The leader taking this role will join a diverse team that is passionate about providing accurate, timely and meaningful financial analysis and support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
Liaise with Product Management and Life Cycle Management to ensure Project Orders and New Product Addendums include all relevant information and meet franchise target cost expectations.
Engage with external manufacturer to ensure new products are costed/priced according to contractual agreements and against franchise target cost expectations.
Manage and develop one direct report.
Lead monthly Fixed Cost true-up process.
Lead US pricing activities, including, New Product Introductions, Mod Codes, In Year pricing and annual pricing process.
Consolidate and report out Supply Point Variance updates.
Support Base Business in Claims Management Special Project Support Lead JNJ standard cost update for products made at the external manufacturer.

Qualifications Education:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or Economics.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance/accounting Cost accounting experience (required).
Experience managing external suppliers (preferred).
Intermediate to Advanced experience in Excel (required).
Ability to engage business partners, lead and drive change.
Supply Chain Experience in the Medical Devices Sector (preferred).
Experience with JDE and/or SAP (required) Preferred:
Any advanced degrees or certifications such as a CPA, CMA, or MBA/Master's.
The ability to think strategically/creatively and work in a team environment.
Other:
The primary location is West Chester Pennsylvania; flexibility to work from a Johnson and Johnson Corporate Office located on the East Coast of the United States.

The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
