While the duties are mostly receptionist we need an employee willing to help with the animals if needed and keeping the office clean and operating smoothly.
This job involves a lot of interaction with clients so customer service experience is a plus even if you have no animal experience.
We are extremely busy and are searching for a team member willing to multitask and jump in where needed.
Duties include:
Multitasking is a Must.
Answering phone Checking in/out clients Talking to clients (in person and on the phone) Invoicing and working on computer Cleaning rooms and office between appointments Vacuuming and mopping office as needed Assisting veterinarian or technicians as needed Cleaning cages.
Being able to multitask in a busy environment Hours:
Mondays 8am-1pm, Thursday 9am - 3pm, Fridays 8am- 1pm, at least 2 Saturdays a month 8am - 12pm.
