Responsibilities:
Work with Eldredge Sales team to Prepare Waste Profiles and assist with Sourcing the best recycling or disposal option for our customer's waste Prepare reports for clients and sales Fulfill information requests for clients Assist in preparation of sales presentations and materials Prepare simple quotes for sales personnel Prepare timely proposals/contracts with detailed scope of work and create presentations/ reports.
Assist with bid preparation Customer/Data entry into shipping database Project Management on an as-needed basis.
This may include:
Site Visits, Inventories, Sampling, Job Estimates/Bid Walks Manage specific customer accounts as assigned Assist in communication of client needs and project task status by initiating and maintaining conversation among various departments to complete jobs in a timely manner.
Departments include but not limited to:
Plant, Transportation, Operations, Sales, & Safety Ensure safety by adhering to environmental health & safety policies and procedures and identifying any potentially unsafe conditions or actions to the Technical Service Manager Commitment to general teamwork in support of all aspects of daily activities to ensure the profitability and sustained growth of the corporation Additional duties or special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
1-3 Years Work Experience &/or Degree in applicable field preferred.
High school diploma/GED is the minimum educational requirement Excellent communication and analytical skills Detail Oriented Must work well under pressure Must be competent on a computer Ability to multi-task and handle dynamic workflow Develop and foster relationships with facilities and customers Effective oral, written, and telephone skills Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations is preferable Ability to travel is required on an as-needed basis from time to time Job Type:
