We are a busy Dental office looking for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team of caring professionals who enjoy a friendly and supportive work atmosphere.

Has computer skills.
Is well-organized and able to multi-task.
A cheerful, friendly disposition is a must.
Duties include:
Checking patients in/out, processing patient payments, answering phones, scheduling appointments, drafting treatment plans and other tasks as required.
The position hours are Monday - Thursday 7:
15 AM - 5:
30 PM with an hour lunch break.
This is an in-person, on-site position that cannot be done remotely.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
