------------------------ Our team is currently seeking a Foster Care and Adoption Recruiter to support our Health and Human Services customers on a two-year contract that is likely to be re-issued several times upon successful performance.
In this role you will be expected to take on a foster care liaison role to assist staff with connecting families with foster resources throughout Chester County on behalf of our client.
This individual will be asked to assume various recruiting and resource development responsibilities; be asked to develop relationships with community organizations and acquire new foster families for children in need; be expected to expand partnerships that provide benefits to potential foster families; be asked to respond to requests for information; and provide data analysis on what opportunities are available and/or how to improve reach to marginalized communities.
Will include some travel to meet with organizers and communities leaders who are interested in supporting our efforts.
This position would be working in parallel with five other IntelliSys employees embedded within the same program but supporting similar tasking.
These individuals will be expected to work together closely and support each other if/when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree 2
years working experience on social service (or similar) programs Experience with Foster Care; either case management or personal experience Must be detail-oriented and an effective communicator Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate effective time management skills Must be able to obtain FBI fingerprinting and pass various background checks Must have vehicle and have no limitations to travel.
