We are seeking a qualified and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage assigned security operations shift within our organization.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.
Responsibilities:
1.
Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure the effective implementation of security procedures and protocols.
2.
Manage security schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and response to potential security incidents.
3.
Monitor and assess security risks, implementing measures to mitigate potential threats.
4.
Conduct regular security inspections and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
5.
Provide leadership and guidance to security staff, promoting a culture of professionalism and adherence to security standards.
6.
Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and implement integrated security solutions.
7.
Respond promptly to security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
8.
Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and training programs.
9.
Ensure that security personnel are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
10.
Conduct training sessions for security staff on Microsoft Office applications and other relevant security protocols.
Qualifications:
1.
Proven experience in security supervisory role with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
2.
Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and technologies.
3.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
4.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
6.
Ability to analyze and respond to security incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
7.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security.
