We are seeking a candidate who would be excited to grow with us from the ground up.
Lacava Coffee Company is located across from the Post Office on 104 East Gay Street and anticipates a high-volume of foot traffic.
We're looking to build a solid team, so commitment is a must.
This is a high responsibility/high reward management position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scheduling team members, as well as handling the Square POS system, delivering an exceptional customer experience and training new staff.
This is a FULL TIME position and candidate must be available to open shop every day at 7AM.

Proficient in dialing, latte art, espresso machine operation You're proactive, have an energetic attitude towards work, and take pride in what you do and what you create Punctual and reliable knowledge of Square POS a plus Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
