They will be accountable for translating customer data into actionable strategies and tactics that lay the foundation for the commercial, marketing, and product teams to create a customer experience and journeys tailored to our unique customer segments. The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, a curious thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to spot trends and translate data into customer centric recommendations.What You Will Do o Support Dir. Streaming Customer Strategy in developing annual strategies and planning for values-based initiatives aligned to our key customer segments. o Communicates & coordinates key customer strategies, insights, and initiatives between internal teams and gains alignment to support goal achievement. o Lead customer initiatives and informally manage cross-functional project teams in service of Streaming team priorities. o Collaborate with our CI and Analytics teams to evaluate trends, develop insights, & translate findings to drive business performance. o Designs and develops existing and new customer experience reports and scorecards. As necessary revise existing reports to better meet the needs of our internal teams. o Prepares reports and presentations on status, trends, actions, and recommendations based on customer data and/or feedback from various sources. o Stand up for issues that matter to customers by providing the voice of customer to merch, programing, experience, marketing, content. o Partner with CI and Research to align learning agendas with cross functional partners and stakeholders o Support experimentation and quick response to current events by leveraging consumer data to drive cultural relevancy and brand engagement. o Build relationships with key stakeholders across the streaming business as well as QVC and HSN to communicate customer insights and support cross-functional collaborationWhat You Bring o Masters or Advance Degree preferred; Bachelors' degree required. o 5
years in depth Analytical/ Strategy experience, preferably within a consulting firm and/ or large Retail, Media, Tech, CPG or FMCG environment. o Strong consultative and analytical background, able to bring together disparate information sources to drive informed choice making. o Demonstrated ability to develop and activate data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience o Experience with Design Thinking and Customer Journey mapping o Experience in Market Research Design including Quantitative and Qualitative, Creative Ad Testing, Brand Equity Tracker, and Measurement/ Value Case Frameworks o Ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives. o Ability to develop and oversee the execution of project plans and to implement, execute and draw conclusions from a variety of customer, shopper and category studies. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) o Experience with research methodologies, including survey design, survey programming, survey analysis a plus o Ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity.For New York City based roles only:
The annual gross base salary range for this $112K - $146K. Salary ranges are general guideline only, and actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience and geographic location as well as business and market conditions.
