We are looking for a full-time contract or salaried Technical Support Representative and OnBoarding Coordinator who can communicate with clients and perform troubleshooting with POS issues including basic network connectivity issues.
The candidate should be flexible to work on either Saturday or Sunday if needed.
Additional responsibilities for the position include:
Resolving Trouble tickets with the given SLA POS Programming Communicating with clients Understanding POS reports Remote POS Installs Hardware Configuration and Shipping Technical Documentation Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
