About You As a Sr.
MuleSoft Technical Integration Program Manager, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to act as domain experts and drive the design of practical and innovative solutions across industries.
We seek someone who communicates clearly and confidently, leading technical briefings and business requirements gathering sessions.
Sr Technical Integration Program manager with 15
years of experience leading and delivering large Technical Integration and Migration programs/Projects.
Very good understanding of the MuleSoft product stack(MuleSoft API Management / Anypoint platform/ Anypoint Runtime Manager / Enterprise release capabilitiesEngage on client projects as a trusted advisor and architect to address client questions, make architecture recommendations, educate client team, and support the delivery team on the project.
Oversee all phases of the development life cycle on client engagements, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, transition, and support.
Maintain strong hands-on skills with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and stay current on MuleSoft products, strategies, and good practices by maintaining relationships with the MuleSoft product teams, interacting regularly with the overall MuleSoft community, and proactively pursuing training opportunities as neededLead stakeholder communicationsLead resources in project, provide direction and support to the project teamAnalyze, Manage, and mitigate risks and changesPrepare Weekly Progress reports for Stakeholders, Program directorsLeads the design and architecture of Integration solutions that are in alignment with policies and standards of the organization while understanding the client environment and unique restrictions that may exist.
Actively participate in Agile sprint ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review / product demo, and sprint retrospective)Conduct Design Walkthroughs, Code Reviews, and Technical Coaching as warrantedDocument and publish artifacts in Anypoint Exchange instanceDesign and Development of Anypoint Exchange Policies and ConfigurationsProvide thought leadership and work with other technical team for forward-looking and platform hardening architecture decisions.
