Product Requirements Analyst

firstPRO is looking for a Product Requirements Analyst to join our client located in West Chester, PA. As a Product Requirements Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding user needs and translating them into detailed specifications. You will be responsible for developing use cases, writing, and managing user stories, and clarifying visualizations and process flows. Additionally, you will describe how requirements can be implemented from a functional perspective to enhance the user experience. This role is a contract to possible hire opportunity and can be remote.
Responsibilities:
Understand user requirements and translate them into detailed specifications. Develop use cases, write, manage, and clarify user stories, visualizations, and process flows. Describe how requirements can be implemented from a functional perspective and enhance the user experience. Stay 2-3 sprints ahead and ensure each feature has a clear definition of done; ensure each feature-level deliverable aligns with a definition of readiness to enter the sprint. Communicate the vision to developers and testers. Assist in writing UAT scripts and participate in UAT as necessary. Document confirmed business processes as a reference for development and IT support. Apply business process improvement methods for optimization. Maintain a thorough understanding of business processes and requirements to ensure alignment with business and group needs. Track metrics and generate reports to measure progress. Assist in managing dependencies with other teams, collaborating closely with team Product Owners, peer staff, and the Product Manager. Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, ensuring SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up to date as required. Understand the portfolio of IT systems used by the business, specializing in specific applications and holding deep product/BPM expertise. Support and/or facilitate demos through inspect and adapt workshops as needed. Requirements Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, and supporting industry principles. Previous experience working with Windchill. Experience gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision by leveraging expertise in product development, engineering, and UX. Deep understanding of business processes and a high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery. Experience managing a product backlog and release plan, tracking team-level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, and removing blockers (e.g., burndown charts, release burn-up). Experience in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration (e.g., digital self, precision marketing, DAM, immersive technology). Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience. Foundational knowledge and methods to identify, engage, and build empathy with customers, applying these methods to daily work. Focus on business agility, Agile delivery, with a fail-fast mindset and measurable outcomes. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional self-organized teams. Contribution of ideas that challenge conventional thinking. Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to accurately analyze situations and make productive decisions based on informed judgment. Foundational skills in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation, and/or Emerging Technology. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
