Agile/Scrum Team Lead

firstPRO is seeking an experienced Agile/Scrum Team Lead to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, with a focus on coaching and developing high-performing teams. This role is a contracting to possible hire opportunity and can be work from home.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for mentoring teams to achieve excellence, enhancing their understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts, and ensuring that team actions align with product and team goal. Play a key role in promoting and improving Scrum practices within and across teams, while maintaining transparency regarding development progress to build trust within the organization. Develop and mentor high-performing teams to achieve excellence. oEnhance team understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles. Ensure team actions align with product and team goals and vision. Promote and improve Scrum practices within and across teams. Maintain organizational transparency regarding development progress to build trust. Identify trade-offs between short and long-term benefits to align with the shared vision. Support and educate the Product Owner/Manager in refining and maintaining the product backlog. Guide the team in self-organization to address gaps in the Scrum/Agile frameworks. Assess team maturity and coach members to improve sustainably. Foster a continuous learning environment to enable teams to inspect and adapt. Requirements:
Knowledgeable about various Agile methodologies and Product Management, with experience in coaching product and Agile teams. Familiarity with well-documented patterns and techniques for addressing gaps in the Scrum approach. Background in Delivery or Software/Product Development. Foundational skills in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation, and Emerging Technology. Thought leadership focuses on Business agility, Agile delivery, with a fail-fast mindset and measurable outcomes. Ability to develop teamwork and facilitate team dynamics. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team roles on a Scrum team. Skilled in building relationships and navigating organizations. Technical experience working with various technology stacks and coaching development teams. Ability to build trust and rapport to create a comfortable and effective workplace. Familiarity with Quality and Regulatory processes. Experience in a Life Sciences/Healthcare organization. CSP (Certified Scrum Practitioner) or CSC (Certified Scrum Coach) certifications. Experience with both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, SAFe) methodologies. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
