Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), residential treatment (RTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Directs Center nursing activities to assure the delivery of quality nursing services, in accordance with established nursing procedures, regulatory requirements, Devereux Standards of Care and best
practices.
- Serves as a nursing expert: provide leadership, training, and ongoing support to nursing staff.
- Maintains adequate workforce and staffing levels to ensure compliance to quality of care and ratios.
- Establishes and updates nursing policies and procedures
- Coordinates and collaborates with other departments including medical, admissions, operations, quality management, etc.
- Participates in regulatory site visits, investigations and quality management initiatives
Qualifications:
- Education Required: Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master's degree preferred. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Experience Desired: Three (3) years previous supervisory experience required, in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Must possess and maintain valid driver's license, and be at least 21 years of age.
