Bookkeeper An Eagle, PA company is looking for a Full time Bookkeeper.
The job responsibilities will include:
General ledger work (Analysis, Review and Entries), Bank account reviews and reconciliation, Daily, EOM and YE close preparations, Sales & Use Tax preparation/filings, Corporate Tax preparation/filings, 1099 Reporting and Monthly Financial statements.
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
Seven years of Bookkeeping experience, former supervisory experience a plus.
An understanding of both GAAP and Income Tax Basis Financial Reporting, a working knowledge of an inventory based environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills, MS 2010 Outlook, Excel and Word skills, familiar with manual and computerized Inventory, AR, AP, and GL systems.
Prior experience with SAP or PLEX systems a plus.
Must be able to multi-task and work a flexible schedule to meet financial and company deadlines.
